Rooted in empathy, guided by care

Hi, I'm Mishi, a first-generation American raised between two worlds. My mother immigrated from South Korea and my father from Germany, and growing up at that beautiful cultural crossroads taught me early on that there are many ways to experience, feel, and make meaning of life. That understanding is at the heart of everything I bring to therapy.

I believe mental health is deeply connected to the whole person; mind, body, relationships, and environment. My approach is holistic and compassionate, grounded in the belief that real healing happens when all parts of you are acknowledged and supported.

Art & Group Therapy

Healing doesn't always have to begin with words. Art & Therapy Group Sessions blend the expressive power of creative art with the support of a therapeutic community. In a relaxed, welcoming setting, you'll be guided through art-based activities designed to help you process emotions, reduce stress, and connect with others on a meaningful level. No artistic experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to explore. You might be surprised what you can express when you let creativity lead the way.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept both insurance and private pay options. Every individual’s situation is unique, and we are happy to discuss which payment method and coverage options may work best for your needs.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brings you in, your history, and your goals and you're encouraged to ask me anything too. There's no pressure.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. There are a few legal exceptions (such as imminent safety concerns) which I explain clearly during our first session.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Absolutely! Sessions are currently offered virtually, except for in-home services. An outdoor therapy space is under construction in Graham, Washington, with in-person sessions anticipated to begin in 2027.

How long does therapy typically take?

It truly depends on your goals and needs. Some people benefit from a focused 8–12 week period, while others find value in longer-term work. We'll check in regularly and let your progress guide the pace.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?
